Answer

Yes, when changing the SnapCenter Server's address, host name, FQDN, or perform a tech refresh, follow the Tech refresh of SnapCenter Server host procedures.

Note:
Only the configureurl operation is necessary when a hardware refresh is not performed,
since the data remains on the existing SnapCenter Server.

Additional Information

When using the Swagger API, follow the steps below.

  1. Access to https://<SnapCenter_IP_address_or_name>:<SnapCenter_port>/swagger/
  2. Expand Auth > /(version)/auth/login
  3. Click Try it out
  4. Replace User credentials with  your SnapCenter Server credential.
  5. Clieck Execute
  6. Copy value of Token

For each Tech Refresh procedure using APIs, 

  1. Select the required API.
  2. Click Try it out.
  3. Paste the copied token into the Token field and replace each field with the values for your environment
  4. Click Execute.
