Are any actions required when changing the SnapCenter Server’s address, host name, FQDN, or during a tech refresh?
Applies to
SnapCenter Server
Answer
Yes, when changing the SnapCenter Server's address, host name, FQDN, or perform a tech refresh, follow the Tech refresh of SnapCenter Server host procedures.
Note:
Only the configureurl operation is necessary when a hardware refresh is not performed, since the data remains on the existing SnapCenter Server.
