After rebooting SCV, SnapMirror update fails with "Unable to find SnapMirror destination(s)."

Applies to

  • SnapCenter Plug-in for VMware vSphere(SCV)
  • After reboot of SCV
  • SnapMirror configured
  • Secondary storage is added to the Storage Systems in SCV

Issue

  • SCV job detects SnapMirror error:

Unable to find SnapMirror destination(s). Error: No SnapMirror relationships were found. Resolution: Please make sure that secondary storage systems are registered and host can resolve them correctly.Unable to find SnapMirror destination for the source volume(s) 10.10.10.10 : volume1

  • Following error is recorded in the ProtectionServices-[date].log
