After Linux OS client upgrade, SnapCenter for Oracle backups do not work anymore

Issue

Trying to install the Linux package for SCO, SCHANA or Customer plug-ins, fails to set the Plug-in usage during the installation process:

Exception in method: InvokeXML.
System.Net.WebException: The request was aborted: Could not create SSL/TLS secure channel.

After SuSE Linux client upgrade to version 15.4, SCO backups fail with the error:

Exception in method: InvokeXML.
System.Net.WebException: The request was aborted: Could not create SSL/TLS secure channel.
at System.Net.WebClient.UploadDataInternal(Uri address, String method, Byte[] data, WebRequest& request)
at System.Net.WebClient.UploadString(Uri address, String method, String data)
