Issue

When attempting to add a Storage Virtual Machine (SVM) under the storage connections panel in SnapCenter, the following error is encountered:

Error. Failed to connect to storage system <SVM_Name>. API invoke failed: No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it. [::ffff:<SVM_IP>]:443 (<SVM_Name>:443
