OnCommand Workflow Automation login doesn't work and returns to the login screen

OnCommand Workflow Automation (WFA) 5.1.1


  • After entering login credentials and attempting login, the login screen clears the entered data but does not proceed
  • The wfa.log shows login successful: 

2023-08-28 15:00:40,129 INFO  [] (default task-19) Request Header X-CSRF-TOKEN = null
2023-08-28 15:00:40,160 INFO  [] (default task-19) User : admin login successful.

  • Dynatrace is being used in the environment and was recently updated to version 1.273
