Issue

  • Unable to deploy ONTAP Tools for VMware (OTV) 

  • Error seen in vCenter Console:

Error downloading plug-in. URL is unreachable. java.net.SocketTimeoutException: connect timed out 

  • Error seen in vSphere's vsphere_client_virgo.log

[2022-06-06T09:21:09.091-07:00] [ERROR] nc-task-executor-pool-316309 com.vmware.vise.plugin.download.PluginDownloadServiceImpl Downloading plugin package: com.netapp.vsch5:9.10.0.29666 has failed.
