SRA test failover fails with error: Failed to create snapshots of replica devices. Failed to present device to ESX host

Issue

SRM test failover is failing with the error:

Error - Failed to create snapshots of replica devices. Failed to present device to ESX host.

During the investigation, it was found that the SRA receives inputs from SRM and creates an igroup named `testfailover_igroup_domain-c2033` with all the initiators. However, it fails when adding the initiator `10:00:2a:e9:e8:80:02:8e`.

(errno=9008).  Caused by: Initiator group "testfailover_igroup_domain-c2033" already contains initiator "10:00:2a:e9:e8:80:02:8e". (errno=9008)
