Issue

  • ONTAP Tools for VMware (OTV) 9.12 and onward use Remote plugin service to communicate within vCenter. 
  • After performing an upgrade of OTV 9.12 when toggling between OTV instances in vCenter a blank dashboard appears and eventually an error stating:
"no healthy upstream"
