Issue

  • OTV 10 deployment fails with error messages on maintenance console:
    • ERROR: Vasa provider and SRA services deployment has failed with error code 04061.
    • ONTAP Tools for VMware vSphere Deployment failed due to Vasa provider and SRA services deployment has failed with error code 04061.. Please refer error code resolution documentation.
  • Logs of the kube-system_rke2-coredns-rke2-coredns-<####> pod show:

ntv-rabbitmq-svc-headless.ntv-system.svc.cluster.local.vsa.telekom.net. A: dns: buffer size too small
