OTV 10.5 fails running and no access to OTV web manager

Issue

The following behavior is observed:

  • ansible-run.log reports error message

Error occurred while verifying the existence of an OTV instance.The given IP address: xx.xx.xx.xx is already being used. So, an instance of OTV might exist.

  • Logging to OTV management GUI respond with 404 HTML error

  • Logging to OTV via SSH and checking service status gives response:
