Issue

A new deployment of ONTAP tools for VMware vSphere (OTV) v10.x fails to complete installation with the following message:

ONTAP Tools for VMware vSphere Recovery failed with error code 05088

Or 

Configuring log rotate for journald has failed with error code 04088 error
