Issue

  • After upgrading to OTV 9.13P2 using the upgrade ISO or performing an fresh install using the OVA, some of the services such as vpserver service and vscserver service are not starting.
  • Rebooting the appliance doesn't seem to resolve the issue nor does starting the services from the maintenance console.
