ONTAP Tools Services deployment has failed with error code 05061 due to crashed vault service

Issue
- After logging into OTV web console to check the status via Option 1, the Appliance status output is blank
- ONTAP tools status is showing Not Running
- The OTV VM may have been found in this state while powered ON or in a powered-off state, possibly for multiple days
- Customers may notice that their OTV discovery tasks are failing
- After checking the OTV VM's via Web Console, it shows an error
05061 - When trying to run commands from the diagnostics shell, the following may be displayed:

- Powering on or rebooting the ONTAP Tools for VMware vSphere (OTV) VM fails with the same
05061error code.- Note:
