ONTAP Tools: Stale snapmirror relationships cause storage discovery to fail

Issue

Storage discovery in OTV 10.x fails to complete. The parent discovery job stalls below 100% and is eventually marked Failed by OTV’s job reconciliation process. The job’s top-level error field reports:

job_status: "Failed"
error: "Error while fetching SnapMirror Relationship from peered cluster

Job Manager (ONTAP Tools Manager > Jobs) and OTV logging show repeated failures during “PerformingSnapmirrorRelationshipsRediscovery” tasks:

Failed to perform SnapMirror discovery for child SVM <svm-uuid> of cluster <cluster-uuid>:
Error while fetching SnapMirror Relationship from peered cluster. Continuing with other SVMs.
