ONTAP Tools: 'Could not retrieve Certificate from Keystore' error on Summary tab

NetApp ONTAP tools for VMware vSphere v9.13

Issue

  • The following error is seen on the Summary page within the ONTAP tools for VMware vSphere (OTV) plugin:

  • The data content is still populated as expected
  • All other selection page content also appears as normal
  • When using remote diagnostics access to verify the keystore details, the storage system Internet Protocol (IP) address and its certificate details are missing

sudo -u vscserver keytool -list -keystore /opt/netapp/vscserver/etc/nvpf.keystore
