Invalid or expired message is seen when fetching a renewed ONTAP storage certificate

Issue

After renewing the ONTAP storage certificate, then in the ONTAP tools for VMware plugin, myodifying the already added ONTAP storage system (that does not show an Expired Certificate) as an attempt  to fetch the renewed certificate, the following message is displayed

The certificate is invalid or expired
