Storage Replication Adapter: discoverDevices fail when running ONTAP consistency groups with SRM

Issue

When attempting to configure SRM using ONTAP Consistency Groups, the following error can be seen:

SRA command 'discoverDevices' failed. No SnapMirror relationship found. Ensure that at least one SAN or NAS device is mirrored and the source and destination are on different storage arrays. SRA does not support SnapMirror relationships on a single storage array.
