Issue

SRA fails to add large cluster to database for array pair configuration.

The following additional symptoms may be seen based on environment configuration:
  • In a traditional OTV configuration, the storage system is successfully discovered in the OTV Storage Systems menu but not added to the SRA database.
  • In a VCF OTV configuration, attempting to add the storage system fails with a 503: Service Unavailable message.
  • The storage system may be successfully pushed to the SRA database initially but is removed by automatic rediscovery some time later.
  • Other, smaller clusters can be successfully pushed to the SRA database.
  • The SRA vvolvp.log file reports the following error:
    20XX-XX-XXTXX:XX:XX,XXXZ (ERROR)[qtp###-##] [cxf-####:public-interface:clusterAddBasic-#] StorageFault Exception was thrown by , java.lang.InterruptedException
