Storage Replication Adapter: Unable to create a new SnapMirror relationship due to a ZAPI connection error during reprotect in SRM

Issue

When running a planned migration in SRM to failover VMs to a recovery site, the following error can be seen when performing a reprotect:

Failed reprotect on 3/8 resulting in error "SRA command 'prepareReverseReplication' failed for device. Unable to create a new SnapMirror relationship due to a ZAPI connection error. Ensure that the controller, Storage Virtual Machine(SVM), and replicated devices are online. See SRM logs for details.
