SRA test failover fails with Recovered device '<dr lun path>' not found after HBA rescan

Issue

SRA testfailover fails with error:

Failed to recover datastore '<datastore name>'. VMFS volume residing on recovered devices '<dr lun path>' cannot be found. Recovered device '<dr lun path>' not found after HBA rescan.
