Issue

  • AIQUM upgrade from 9.13x to 9.16x fails with this error message:

Aborting Installation as file is tampered. Please refer checksumOperations.log for more details.

  • Log  CheckSumFile.log   (Default path C:\ProgramData\NetApp\OnCommandAppData\ocum\log)  Shows:
output of checkSumFile.log in <install_disk>:\ProgramData\NetApp\OnCommandAppData\ocum\log is =False. Aborting Installation as file is tampered. Please refer checksumOperations.log for more details.
  • ChecksumOperations.log shows :
MD5 is not matching for ..\..\essentials\bin\replay\lib\log4j-core.jar file
XX/XX/XXXX XX:XX:XX PM : [] : code = 5
XX/XX/XXXX XX:XX:XX PM : [] : Verfication of checksum failed.
