Issue

  • When attempting to add a StorageGRID site (Management IP: 10.x.x.x) as a data collector under Observability > Data Collectors in NetApp DII, the following error is observed:
Error connecting: Connect to 10.x.x.x:8443 [/10.x.x.x] failed: Connection timed out: getsockopt
