Issue

  • This issue can be encountered by both Oncommand Insight and Oncommand Insight Remote Acquisition Unit servers. 
  • OnCommand Insight installation fails with the error message:

"There is a problem with this installer package. A script required for this install to complete could not be run. Contact your support personnel or package vendor"
