Issue

When configuring a webhook alert from NetApp DII to a Microsoft Teams chat, the webhook fails with a 401 Unauthorizederror.
Example log/output:

Error: 401 Unauthorized

Webhook URL (as used):

https://default8c642d1dd70947b0ab10080af10798.fb.environment.api.powerplatform.com:443/powerautomate/automations/direct/workflows/6497d34ddd004acdbd140962def85b37/triggers/manual/paths/invoke?api-version=1&sp=%2Ftriggers%2Fmanual%2Frun&sv=1.0&sig=...

The Teams connector does not receive any alerts, and the DII alert monitor reports authentication failures.
