Active IQ Digital Advisor displays "None" for efficiency on SVM root volumes

Issue

When looking the "Efficiency" tab for a cluster within the Active IQ Digital Advisor the "Enabled Efficiency" column doesn't show the correct efficiency for specifically SVM root volumes.
In the image below the volumes svm_blue_root, svm_red_root, svm_green_root all show "None" in the "Enabled Efficiency" when they should display "Deduplication".

When confirming on the ONTAP cluster side we can see that efficiency is enabled for the volume(s).
In the example below we can see that the two non-root volumes are "Enabled" but svm_blue_root is missing.
