Follow the steps below to re-register vCenter:
  1. Remove vCenter Server on Windows from AIQUM by consulting Removing vCenter Server
  2. Add vCenter Server Appliance to AIQUM by consulting Viewing and adding vCenter Server

AIQUM does not have historical data on vCenter,  so the re-registration has no impact.
