UM is unable to add Cloud ONTAP clusters behind an Elastic Load Balancer (ELB) for Amazon Web Services (AWS)

When adding Cloud ONTAP clusters to Unified Manager, the cluster add fails with a message that the cluster already exists.

Error messages similar to the one below are seen in the ocumserver.log

2018-03-01 23:24:12,422 ERROR [umadmin] [default task-56] [c.n.o.r.m.e.GlobalExceptionHandler] /rest/datasources Cluster already exists.
