  • installed on RHEL or CentOS

Issue

While upgrading from 9.5P1 to 9.7P1, after MySQL is changed from 5.7 to 8.0.20, it can't be authenticated with the root credentials supplied and upgrade failed with error "Database creation command failed for UM".
