Issue

  • If a report is bigger than 25mb, it will not be delivered via email, getting the following error:

clipboard_ecb72a80149793a4757817d6a5d1aa4bb.png

  • The same error can be found on ocum-error log file:

2019-03-25 06:47:12,807 ERROR [umadmin] [default task-59] [service.logging.SimpleRemoteLoggingService|logOnServer] [c.n.n.c.u.a.e.ApplicationErrorHandler] Failed to send email. Check that the SMTP server is configured correctly and refer to the SMTP server logs for details. No additional details are available.

Note: In the ocum-report log file, there is no error logged, as the temp pdf file to send via email is successfully generated. But it fails to be sent via email.
