Performance data shows '0' incorrectly after AIQUM upgrade

Active IQ Unified Manager (AIQUM) 9.18

Issue

After upgrading Active IQ Unified Manager to 9.18, the application erroneously shows '0' for performance metrics in the web interface on some clusters known to be doing considerable work, other clusters show data as expected. The following error is observed in the logs (au.log):

2026-02-28 15:29:33,656 ERROR [common-pool-335] c.o.s.a.f.d.BaseDataSource(DataSourceErrorException.java:246) - 10.1.1.1 [Internal error] - Cannot invoke "com.onaro.sanscreen.acquisition.framework.datasource.Package.getConfiguration()" because "performancePackage" is null([Device name 10.1.1.1]: Cannot invoke "com.onaro.sanscreen.acquisition.framework.datasource.Package.getConfiguration()" because "performancePackage" is null)
