Operation state showing failed after initial addition of cluster to AIQUM via REST

Issue

  • After adding a new cluster to AIQUM and cloud agent is enabled for REST collections, Operation State shows as Failed while status green is seen

  • After some time or on the next polling cycle, the Operation State switches to Completed and remains stable
