OnCommand tools report 0 (zero) for intercluster LIF activity

Issue

AIQUM 9.6 or OCI 7.x does not show any performance traffic with intercluster LIFs and shows zero for all activity, including SnapMirror transfers. Unlike intercluster LIFs, other LIFs like data LIFS will show performance traffic.

OnCommand tools

In comparison, previous ONTAP versions (i.e. ONTAP 9.5.x and below) will reflect performance stats normally within Unified Manager graphs.
