  • Virtual Machine (VM)

Issue

  • UM doesn't send mail alerts or SNMP traps to hosts such as ServiceNow
  • Acquisition is not working or delayed
  • UM GUI gets unresponsive
  • CPU and/or Memory is high
  • The UM VM needs to be restarted and the issue is temporary resolved
  •  /var/log/ocum/ocumserver.log:
