Issue

  • Commvault AUX copy or archive jobs fail because the required snapshot is no longer available on the fileserver.
Commvault Error:
Error occurred while replicating snaps [XX.XX.XX.XX:SP_2_3846148_1779345185], for storage policy [COMMVAULT_ARCHIVE_Snapshot_Backup] copy [SnapMirror] MediaAgent Backup job [3846148]. Snap: [SP_2_3841756_1779186782] for path: [/<SVM_NAME>/CC_COMMVAULTCLS_SP_2045_Copy_2402_VOLUME_Data_Vol_Backup/VOLUME_Data] not found on fileserver: [<SVM_NAME>].
