    Issue

    • Cluster monitoring fails in ActiveIQ Unified Manager (AIQUM) for the ONTAP cluster.
    • AIQUM setup page shows green (connectivity/mTLS healthy), but health/monitoring poll shows Failed.
    • Every netappfoundation poll (~15 min) fails with "Failed in conversion"/Error0_Type=INTERNAL_ERROR.
    • Log evidence shows recurring NullPointerException:
      • java.lang.NullPointerException: disk_aggregate_relationship key field 'aggregate_uuid' may not be null.
      • at CModeDiskAggregateRelationship.(CModeDiskAggregateRelationship.java:28)
      • at CModeCluster.createDiskAggregateRelationship(CModeCluster.java:637)
      • at GAggregateBuilder.lambda$buildModel$0(GAggregateBuilder.java:175)
    • Cluster had multiple physical disks in an "unassigned" container state (not part of any aggregate/pool).
    • Example disk record:
      • name: 4.11.29, container_type: unassigned, pool: none, outage.reason.message: "Failed disk. Reason: 'unassigned'.", code: 721081
    • Cluster ASUPs health check reports "unassigned" disks as well.
