Issue

A cluster that was added to Active IQ Unified Manager 9.16 for monitoring prior to being upgraded to 9.14+ begins producing false positive events/alerts for LUN path access after ONTAP is upgraded to 9.14+.

Possible messages include:

  • No Active Paths To Access LUN
  • No Optimized Paths To Access LUN
  • No Paths To Access LUN From HA Partner
