Cannot reset jboss user password in Active IQ Unified Manager 9.11+

Issue
- An issue is encountered where resetting the jboss user password is required, such as the one in KB After restoring Active IQ Unified Manager, daily and full backups fail with error: "Access denied for user 'jboss'@'localhost'"
- Following the password reset process for jboss user as documented does not resolve the issue in 9.11 or above
