Active IQ Unified Manager Polling failed with a "Completed Unsuccessfully" error

Issue
- Cluster polling status is failed
- Checking the job for the poll shows the error message "Completed Unsuccessfully"
- Mutual TLS is enabled for the cluster data source
- The cluster mlog/audit.log shows the request coming from the UM IP address with a null username
