Active IQ Unified Manager Cloud Agent Fails to Register with ONTAP Cluster Due to Client Certificate Not Being Pushed

Issue
- After enabling the Cloud Agent (REST Collector) in Active IQ Unified Manager (AIQUM) for a specific ONTAP cluster, the cluster fails to register and cannot be monitored by AIQUM.
- Attempts to enable Cloud Agent result in errors and the cluster remains unmonitored unless the change is reverted.
- Cluster polling only works when Cloud Agent is disabled and ZAPI polling is used.
- The following errors are observed in logs:
