Active IQ Unified Manager (AIQUM) Web Interface Fails to Load with HTTP 404 Error

Issue
- After applying a Windows patch, AIQUM web interface fails to load.
- Browser returns HTTP 404 error when accessing the GUI.
- NetApp Active IQ Management Server service is not running.
- Review of deployment directory shows a failed deployment file.
