Issue

  • AIQUM upgrade fails:

The wizard was interrupted before ActiveIQ Unified Manager could be completely installed.

  • netapp_um_install.log located at C:\Users\<Account used for install>\AppData\Local\Temp\ reports:

Aborting Installation as file is tampered. Please refer checksumOperations.log for more details.
InstallShield XX:XX:XX: Setup aborted

  • checksumOperations.log (located at /ocum-log/) shows this error message:

MD5 is not matching for ..\..\ocum\configadvisor\ConfigAdvisorCLI\ConfigAdvisorCLI.exe file
