AIQUM file system gets full repeatedly as weekly ASUPs remain on /opt/netapp/data/tmp location

Issue
- AIQUM file system /opt/netapp gets full frequently due to piled up ASUP files on location /opt/netapp/data/tmp
- Along with ASUP files, also the old recordings/journalctl logs are not rotated making also the root file system(/) filled up
- Manual clearance works but the space filled up soon again
