AIQUM WebUI Fails with Error 404 and services fail to start after the windows restart

Issue

  • After a Windows server restart the AIQUM web interface fails to load. Users encounter an HTTP 404 error or “page not available” in the browser.
  • Additionally, the NetApp Acquisition Service (OCIEAU) fails to start, and the following errors are observed in event and installation logs when attempting an upgrade:

Windows Event Log:

The NetApp Active IQ Acquisition Service service terminated with the following service-specific error: Incorrect function.

AIQUM Installation/MySQL Log:

CustomInstallLog ERROR: Length of required string is lesser than zero. Aborting the installationCustomInstallLog ERROR: Length of required string is lesser than zero for MySQL password encryption.
