Issue

  • AIQUM logs repeatedly report:
ERROR [oncommand] [reconciliation-10] [cluster1.demo.netapp.com(incremental@08:25:03.000)] [c.n.dfm.collector.OcieJmsListener] Inventory change listener error
java.lang.NullPointerException: Cannot invoke "java.lang.Double.doubleValue()" because the return value of "com.netapp.common.util.NumberUtils.calculatePercent(java.lang.Number, java.lang.Number)" is null
  • NPE occurs during reconciliation.
  • Inventory collection completes successfully.
  • Qtree capacity threshold events are not generated for the affected qtree.
