AIQUM Install Fails on RHEL Server when SELinux and ACL are in use

Issue
- AIQUM only partially installed on fresh RHEL server meeting: minimum hardware requirements
- After installation fails
mysqldservice fails to start /var/log/mysql:

[ERROR] [MY-013236] [Server] The designated data directory /var/lib/mysql/ is unusable. You can remove all files that the server added to it.
