It is possible. Take the following steps to avoid impact:
- Check the Support Services Terms to understand coverage for damage and relocation guidelines (section 2.5(b) and section 4.6)
- Customers should log in to the NetApp Support Site and find the moved system.
- Update Address Details, Disk Drive Preference, and Contact Details as required to reflect the change.
- Ensure insurance coverage. Support Services Terms: 2.5(b) addresses damage from relocation.
- Confirm with the Account Team or SAM that there is no detected impact to current service levels as a result of the move.
