Issue

The installation of OTV 10.0 fails with:

APPLICATION STATUS:
ERROR: VasaProvider deployment has failed.
Please contact Netapp support.

Note: OTV 10 is deployed using a Ansible playbook. When troubleshooting issues, NetApp Support will ask to reivew the /var/log/ansible-run.log
