Description

How to determine End of Support (EOS) date of a platform if there is no information in the SAM report.

  • Platform EOS data is missing from SAM report data source.
  • Systems not identical to parts listed on End of Availability (EOA) Customer Product Communique (CPC) will not get EOS date because they didn't go EOA.
