Error Provisioning Datastores from ONTAP Tools for VMware vSphere (OTV) - There are no matching storage systems

Issue

Note: This issue is not related to Storage Capability Profiles (SCP)
 
• Provisioning NFS datastores from OTV 9.12 was not performed for several months
• The error, "There are no matching storage systems" was reported at step 2 of the OTV Provision Datastore wizard / New Datastore pane during an attempt to    create a datastore
• Also, the Storage System and Storage VM fields did not populate
• Upgrading OTV to 9.13P1 did not resolve the issue
• Datastores were able to be created outside of OTV, in vCenter
