  • In 2023, NetApp Manufacturing implemented a process to send an AutoSupport message for systems prior to shipment.  
  • This is now part of the process, and the reason you see the AutoSupport message
  • An example of the message's subject: HA Group Notification (USER_TRIGGERED (ALL:Manufacturing Test Config for SSN [nnnnnnnnnnnnn])) NOTICE
